“LA CUEVA” is a Lava tunnel with a very unique set up, this is not a “restaurant” the cave dinner it’s an incredible and private way to experience local cuisine with autochthonous ingredients from the island, the menu will be tailor made according to the guest preference sheet using fresh sea food, fresh organic vegetables, local meats from local producers.
